Wake Up, Washington! It’s time to bite the bullet on a mortgage bailout plan for homeowners…NOW!

Get ready to pay the piper, and pay big-time. If we’re going to avoid a full-scale, depression-style, real estate-fueled meltdown, Americans are going to foot one heck of a bill to pay for all the special government loan programs, guarantees and financial band aids.

How much? By the time the tab is tallied in 2010, I think were looking at a cool $1 trillion. And that’s the good news. That’s assuming Washington takes swift action soon after the new administration takes office next January 20.

Benjamin Dover breaks it down and lays it out, and while the numbers aren’t pretty, the call to action—from someone who survived another economic catastrophe during the S&L implosion in Texas just 20 years ago—is realistic and emphatic:

“I’m not trying to scare anyone, just prepare them for the inevitable…sorta like prepping a kid for their first time to see the dentist.  If you know what’s coming, you can handle practically any situation more rationally and more effectively.”

Listening to this podcast will give you an unparalleled look into the future like only Dover can deliver.

be•tray     – verb    1. to deliver or expose to an enemy by treachery or disloyalty: Benedict Arnold betrayed his country.    2. to be unfaithful in guarding, maintaining, or fulfilling: to betray a trust.    3. to disappoint the hopes or expectations of; be disloyal to: to betray one’s friends.    4. to reveal or disclose in violation of confidence: to betray a secret.    5. to seduce and desert.    6. to be treacherous to: double-cross. Slang rat (on), sell out. Idioms: sell down the river.

Have you ever been betrayed? By a friend? A co-worker? A family member? A spouse? No matter who has betrayed you, it hurts. The degree of pain inflicted by the betrayer is usually commensurate with the level of trust you extended to that person.

A wise man once said: “Your enemies can never betray you. Only those whom you love or trust to get close enough to you can hurt and betray you.”

That’s a tough message to hear. Tough, but true.

Which is why you need to focus your attention on what will go down as one of the ugliest betrayals of public trust in American history: The dangerous advice being spoon-fed to distressed homeowners by the government, the lending industry, and the media. So at the risk of repeating myself…

You must not jump on any mortgage renegotiation deals until you’ve listened to this podcast: It could save you—literally—thousands of dollars.

Good News from Bernanke for Distressed Homeowners? “Watch out for hidden landmines!” warns Benjamin Dover:  Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke, speaking before a group of bankers in Florida on Tuesday (March 4, 2008), called on the mortgage industry to “expand refinancing opportunities and efforts to facilitate and increase the pace of loan workouts.”

While many homeowners might be feeling optimistic about their chances of re-structuring their mortgages, there are countless dangers awaiting un-and-under-informed and desperate consumers: “The 9:24 it takes to listen to this podcast will save your butt!!!” says Dover.

“I’m simply telling consumers what to expect and why the deck is clearly stacked against them…and what to do to avoid making another bad decision on top of the mess you’re already trying to get out from under!”

Dover guarantees his perspective and knowledge is unmatched; the national media are absolutely clueless in this arena.

You cannot take this advice lightly…it will save homeowners thousands of dollars.

Here’s Your Chance To Do The Right Thing, Mr. President: While the president assures us there’s no recession, Benjamin Dover sets the record straight, pointing out indisputable evidence that contradicts Mr. Bush.  In true NostraDover style, his “Open Letter to the President” puts his predictions about the state of the economy oout there for all to see (and hear) as he delivers a clear-cut plan of attack designed to help our nation recover from its current bad and deterioriating state.

Dover’s ‘letter’ takes historical precedents, ranging from the Great Depression to the S&L debacle of the 1980s, into consideration as he lays out the strategy that our nation must take to fix the out-of-control real estate-fueled downward spiral.  The real question is whether President Bush has the guts to take on Dover’s aggressive plan during the last year of his presidency, or will simply leave it to his successor.

This podcast allows you to freeze this moment of uncertainty in time, and will allow history to prove yet another “NostraDover” prediction by investigative journalist Benjamin Dover.
